From procurement to software.
I spent nearly eight years in procurement — first at an international trading company in Istanbul, then as purchasing coordinator and purchasing manager at a manufacturing plant in Romania — sourcing raw materials and packaging from China and across Europe.
That work showed me where operations really break: in the spreadsheet nobody trusts, the form retyped three times, the file only one person understands.
In July 2025 I moved from procurement into IT and started fixing those breaks myself.
TAI Solutions — Tolga AI — offers that method to teams that still run on paper and Excel. It is one person, and that person is me.
How I work
